The Program


Elements

Body: Temperature, Muscles (electromyography), Sweat (electrodermal activity sensor), Heart (rate & variability), Respiration

Brain: Electroencephalography measuring 3 brain regions associated with performance

Beliefs: Cognitive Habits (self talk, imagery) which impact motivation, problem solving, and goal achievement

Behaviour: Tracking of relevant daily habits; incorporating and reinforcing skills that improve behaviours related to enhancing and maintaining performance.

Process

Assessment: Self-assessment + Objective measurements of the body, brain, emotion, states of readiness, performance and recovery (immediate & sleep) are obtained under rest, stress, and recovery conditions at the beginning of each virtual session

Training: A curated virtual program from our specialized software that produces biofeedback/neurofeedback to enhance the body/brain ability and consistency toward your desired objectives (attention, arousal or emotions). Training sessions conclude with the introduction of brief transfer skills formulated for integrating and reinforcing these states in your daily life.

Virtual Tracking: Enhance the incorporation of these skills to create useable, effective habits that impact one’s performance and life.
