    This 12-session on-line program meets twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Learn to relax tight muscles, calm anxiety, settle a busy a brain, and have more energy! Strengthen your ability to restore yourself during these challenging times. A smorgasbord of techniques for thriving under pressure are practiced in and out of class to begin developing lifetime skills.
